Repository Policy
Journal of Organizational Behavior supports the principle of long-term accessibility and preservation of scholarly work. We encourage authors to deposit versions of their manuscripts in institutional or subject-based repositories in accordance with the following policy.
1. Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the following versions of their manuscripts in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites:

Preprint (Submitted Version)
✔ Allowed without embargo.
Authors may deposit the version submitted to the journal (before peer review). -
Postprint (Accepted Manuscript)
✔ Allowed after acceptance.
Authors may deposit the peer-reviewed, accepted version of the manuscript (before final typesetting and formatting by the journal). -
Publisher's Version (Version of Record)
✔ Allowed immediately upon publication.
Authors may deposit the final published PDF as provided by the journal.
2. Repository Platforms
Manuscripts may be deposited in the following repositories:

3. License and Attribution
All deposited versions must include:

4. Embargo Period
There is no embargo on depositing any version of the manuscript. Authors are encouraged to share their work openly to maximize visibility and impact.
5. Compliance with Funder Policies
This repository policy is aligned with open access mandates of major research funders and institutions. Authors whose work is funded by such organizations may comply with their archiving requirements through this policy.
