INTAN (International Journal of Testing, Assessment, and Evaluation in Education) is an international scholarly journal dedicated to advancing knowledge, theory, and practice in the fields of educational testing, assessment, measurement, and evaluation. The journal serves as a platform for disseminating high-quality research and scientific discussions that promote evidence-based approaches to improving the quality of education.
Within the domain of Testing and Measurement, INTAN welcomes studies focusing on the theories and applications of Classical Test Theory (CTT) and Item Response Theory (IRT), as well as modern psychometric models such as the Rasch Model and Many-Facet Rasch Measurement (MFRM). The journal also covers research on the validity and reliability of educational instruments, the development and evaluation of national or international standardized tests, and psychometric analyses including item calibration and measurement precision.
