Abstract

In this study, carbon paste was made by carbon and paraffin for paracetamol detection by differential pulse voltametry. The main reason for using  carbon paste electrode for paracetamol detection is the conductive nature of carbon . Paracetamol detection of differential pulse voltammetric detection has several factors used to accurately detect paracetamol. Factors that can affect theelectrode composition, the pH of the solution, the deposition time, and the scan rate. In this study, paracetamol detection using carbon paste electrode has the optimum electrode composition in the ratio of Karbon with paraffin 8: 2. pH of optimum solution for detection of paracetamol 6, 5-second deposition time and scan rate 200 mV / sec. Pasta karbon electrode has  regresion 0.9889 with recovery 97.332% . the proposed sensor shows good selectivity, sensitivity, stable repetition and precision
