EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN AI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENGAJAR CALON GURU: SUATU TINJAUAN PUSTAKA SISTEMATIS

Latar Belakang/Tujuan: Kemunculan pesat Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) menuntut penyelidikan mendalam
tentang dampaknya terhadap kompetensi calon guru (CG). Tinjauan pustaka sistematis (SLR) ini bertujuan
menyelidiki efektivitas AI dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar dan kompetensi profesional CG.
Metodologi: mengikuti pedoman PRISMA, pencarian ekstensif menghasilkan 68 studi awal, dengan 17
studi dipilih untuk sintesis kualitatif. Analisis fokus pada alat AI, keterampilan mengajar yang
ditargetkan, dan pengembangan kompetensi, serta faktor mediasi seperti motivasi belajar (LM) dan
kegunaan yang dirasakan (PU). Kesimpulan: Intervensi AI secara signifikan meningkatkan berbagai
keterampilan mengajar. Simulasi berbasis AI dan agen percakapan meningkatkan pengajaran responsif,
kualitas dialog instruksional, dan keterampilan nonverbal. Pembelajaran yang didukung AI secara positif
mempengaruhi Pengetahuan Konten Pedagogis (PCK), TPACK , dan memperdalam pola reflektif. Manfaat
dimediasi tersebut kuat dengan peningkatan LM dan PU.
Kesimpulan: Implementasi AI adalah mekanisme yang panjangnya dan etis untuk menjembatani kekurangan
teori-praktik, mengembangkan keterampilan mengajar CG secara signifikan. Pendekatan terfokus yang
mengintegrasikan TPACK dan PCK sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan manfaat pedagogi AI.
