TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS TENTANG PENGGUNAAN SISTEM BIMBINGAN CERDAS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN

Abstrak

Studi ini bertujuan untuk secara sistematis meninjau perkembangan dan implementasi Sistem Bimbingan Cerdas (ITS) dalam pendidikan menggunakan Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR). Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui Publish or Perish menggunakan basis data Google Scholar dan Scopus dengan empat kombinasi kata kunci terkait ITS. Mengikuti alur PRISMA, 864 studi diidentifikasi, disaring melalui evaluasi judul-abstrak, dan difilter melalui kelayakan teks lengkap, menghasilkan 20 artikel akhir yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 dan 2024. Ekstraksi data mencakup bidang pendidikan, alat ITS, tujuan sistem, antarmuka pengguna, metode evaluasi, dan dampak yang dilaporkan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ITS banyak diterapkan dalam pendidikan umum, ilmu komputer, dan matematika. Sebagian besar implementasi ITS menggunakan platform berbasis web dan berbagai alat yang disesuaikan. ITS terutama digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran adaptif, penilaian otomatis, pembuatan umpan balik, dan pengembangan keterampilan kognitif. Mahasiswa dan siswa sekolah adalah pengguna target utama. Metode evaluasi umumnya mencakup penilaian teknis, kuesioner, observasi, dan pendekatan pra-uji/pasca-uji. Secara keseluruhan, tinjauan ini menyimpulkan bahwa ITS terus berkembang sebagai lingkungan pembelajaran yang didukung AI yang meningkatkan personalisasi, efektivitas pembelajaran, dan keterlibatan siswa.
