PT Lokal Komoditi Indonesia is a healthy food company that markets gluten-free noodle products under the Lokality brand. However, the existing website has not been able to optimally support product education, strengthen brand recognition, and enhance company credibility. This study aims to redesign the Lokality website using Design Thinking and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Prototyping model to better accommodate user needs. This research employed a research and development (R&D) approach using qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative data were collected through non-participatory observation and semi-structured interviews involving three internal stakeholders and one customer. The identified user requirements were then used to develop the website through Design Thinking integrated with the SDLC Prototyping model. Website evaluation was conducted using Blackbox Testing to assess system functionality and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents to measure customer learning, consisting of product knowledge and website knowledge, as well as brand recognition. The results indicate that the redesigned website provides a more structured interface, clearer navigation, and more comprehensible product and educational content. All Blackbox Testing scenarios were declared valid. User evaluation results showed very high mean scores for product knowledge (4.41), website knowledge (4.33), and brand recognition (4.47). These findings demonstrate that the developed website effectively supports product education and strengthens Lokality's brand recognition.
