Abstract

Advances in digital technology have encouraged housing developers to utilize websites as a promotional tool; however, PT Wanro Sukses Persada still relies on conventional media, which limits the dissemination of information. This study aims to design a user-centered housing catalog website and evaluate the system’s functional quality and usability. The methodology applied integrates User-Centered Design (UCD) with the SDLC Prototyping model to ensure that features align with prospective buyers’ needs. The website was developed using the WordPress platform, with evaluation conducted through Blackbox Testing for functional validation and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to measure usability. The Blackbox testing results showed a 100% success rate, confirming that all features functioned as designed. Meanwhile, the usability evaluation yielded an average score of 83.5, placing the website in the Acceptable category with an Excellent rating (Grade B). These findings demonstrate that the developed catalog website meets technical feasibility and user experience standards, making it ready for implementation as a digital marketing tool to support the marketing activities of PT Wanro Sukses Persada.
