This study aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, payment versatility, and perceived trust on the intention to use the in-app ticketing feature of Trans Jatim. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected from Trans Jatim passengers who have accessed or used the in-app ticketing feature. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, payment versatility, and perceived trust have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use has a negative and insignificant effect. These findings suggest that users prioritize functional benefits, flexible payment options, and trust in the system over perceived ease of use when deciding to adopt digital ticketing services. This study extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by incorporating payment versatility and trust variables in the context of digital public transportation services. The results provide practical implications for improving digital ticketing strategies and enhancing user adoption in public transportation applications.
