Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in rice production. In its production activities, the company has utilized advanced technology; however, in its business operations, the system implemented remains semi-digital, resulting in data that is not yet fully integrated and potentially increasing the time required for decision-making. Meanwhile, various information systems are currently available and can be utilized to support operational efficiency. This study aims to formulate a strategic plan for digitalizing business processes aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives, as well as to analyze a five-year digitalization roadmap. The research employs a qualitative approach using the Ward and Peppard method to align business strategy with Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) strategy, and TOGAF as a framework for developing the digitalization roadmap. The results of this study propose an information system aligned with the company’s strategy and a five-year information systems roadmap, which is expected to improve data integration and enhance decision-making effectiveness.
