PENGUATAN PERILAKU SUSTAINABILITY MELALUI KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATANKERJA (K3) EMKM SENTRA KULINER JAMBANGAN SURABAYA

Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in Indonesia must be supported by universities. Street Vendors (PKL) as part of the Micro Small and Medium Entity (EMKM) Surabaya Mining Culinary Center is mostly as a 2017 Prolink Environmental Program pilot area which is demanded to be a competitive and productive EMKM in national and global markets for sustainable development which does not yet have knowledge about sustainability and K3. Community Service Activities (PKM) provide training on sustainability and basic OSH to go to SGDs given to 30 EMKM. This activity was carried out through the collaboration of the Mandiri FE Unesa PKM Team in collaboration with the Surabaya City Cooperative and UMKM Service, Surabaya City Fire Department. This activity aims to strengthen sustanainability behavior, by: providing knowledge about how to change sustainability behavior and basic K3. Activities consist of growing sustainability behaviors and basic K3. The results of the PKM activities showed that EMKM participants in the Surabaya Mining Culinary Center were able to apply sustainability and OSH behavior to their culinary business. Furthermore, it was suggested to all relevant parties to participate in strengthening the K3 and sustainability behavior of the culinary business EMKM in Surabaya Culinary Center to accelerate the achievement of SDGs.

I am a lecturer in Department of Management, Economics Faculty Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Iwas born in Yogyakarta in 1967. I got Bachelors Degree on Economics Education from Universitas Negeri Surabaya in 1992 and continued her graduate program in Airlangga University when she graduated in 2000 for her Masters Degree in Management. In 2012 she got her Doctors Degree on Economics Education from Universitas Negeri Malang. I am a passionate person. I am  an active lecturer in Department of Management, Economics Faculty Universitas Negeri Surabaya. I has published articles both national and international journal, seminars and proceeding. Mostly her writing focus is in economic and management education, especially in learning behaviors. Her published articles relating to these were coastal and marine-based learning behavior, mangrove-based learning, entrepreneur behavior and individual orientation entrepreneur, as well as the mobile use learning behavior. Apart from journal, I also wrote books; some of her books are Introduction to Economics, Economics Theory, and Character-based Economics. She was invited to be keynoter on academic seminars, workshops, and open-lecturing

In 2015, the service was carried out with a simple financial management theme for mustahiq; 2016 has done service with the theme of Entrepreneurship Training for High School Teachers / Public and Private Vocational Schools in Sidoarjo Regency; 2017 devotion with the theme of Self Management: Efforts to accelerate the professionalism of kindergarten and elementary teachers in Sukodono district, Sidoarjo.
