Authors who publish with the Journal of Southern Sociological Studies agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright remains with the author(s). Authors retain full copyright over their work.

2. Authors grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), which allows others to:
