Solidaritas Sosial, Media, dan Pengorganisasian Aksi Kolektif (Studi Kasus Komunitas Nelayan Pulau Lae-Lae dalam Konteks Reklamasi)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi mekanisme penggunaan media sosial dalam membangun kesadaran sosial di pulau Lae-lae; serta menganalisis peran media sosial dalam pengorganisasian aksi kolektif komunitas nelayan Pulau Lae-lae. Rencana reklamasi memicu resistensi karena dianggap mengancam ekosistem laut dan mata pencaharian warga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan di ruang digital, dan analisis dokumen berupa konten dan visual. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan mobilisasi sumber daya dan teori jaringan solidaritas tehubung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media memiliki peranan penting yang memfasilitasi terbentuknya solidaritas sosial komunitas nelayan. Media sosial berperan membentuk identitas kolektif, menjadi ruang berbagi informasi dan narasi bersama yang menguatkan konsensus penolakan reklamasi, sekaligus menjadi sarana mobilisasi digital dalam mengorganisir aksi kolektif. Sinergi antara jaringan solidaritas, dan strategi komunikasi media memperkuat kapasitas komunitas nelayan dalam memobilisasi sumber daya, merumuskan tuntutan, mempengaruhi opini publik dan menjaga keberlanjutan gerakan penolakan reklamasi di pulau Lae-lae.
