Lip Service Presiden Jokowi: Politisasi Wacana Demokrasi dan Antikorupsi

Komunikasi membutuhkan perhatian pada kejujuran dan kepercayaan. Komunikator harus memiliki kredibilitas yang dapat dipercaya. Pidato akan dihargai jika sesuai dengan tindakan. Kesenjangan antara tuturan dan tindakan implementasi hanya akan menjadikan tuturan sebagai lip service saja. Ada dua tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pertama, mengungkap berbagai teks basa-basi dari Presiden Jokowi. Kedua, mengungkap konteks munculnya teks komunikasi basa-basi Presiden Jokowi. Pembacaan teks dan konteks yang terjalin ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang komunikasi lip service Presiden Jokowi sekaligus pemahaman mengapa komunikasi lip service tersebut terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Wacana Politik (PDA). Penggunaan metode PDA adalah untuk menganalisis teks dan konteks komunikasi lip service Jokowi. Teks dan konteks yang diteliti antara lain teks tentang diperbolehkannya demonstrasi pada pelantikan Presiden periode kedua Jokowi, revisi Undang-Undang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), permintaan Presiden Jokowi agar masyarakat lebih masif dalam mengkritisi, dan mengenai Negara. Tes Wawasan (TWK) bagi pegawai KPK. Komunikasi lip service Presiden Jokowi terjadi ketika pokok pembicaraan terkait dengan dua wacana. Pertama, wacana yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai fundamental demokrasi. Kedua, wacana terkait antikorupsi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi lip service dilakukan untuk mempolitisasi wacana agar Presiden Jokowi tetap diasosiasikan sebagai pemimpin yang demokratis dan antikorupsi.
