Efek Posisi Tubuh Setelah Berlatih Terhadap Masa Pemulihan

Latihan fisik memiliki konsekwensi yang cukup besar terhadap perubahan sistem anatomi dan fisiologi tubuh seorang atlet. Perubahan yang paling besar dan langsung terjadi adalah pada perubahan ritme denyut nadi sebelum, saat dan setelah melaksanakan aktifititas fisik olahraga. denyut nadi pemulihan adalah salah satu contoh perubahan yang sangat jelas setelah melakukan aktifitas fisik olahraga. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan denyut nadi pemulihan dengan proses penghitungan yang berbeda yaitu berdiri, duduk dan tidur. 12 lelaki dewasa umur kurang lebih 19 tahun mengikuti penelitian ini, mereka dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok pengukuran denyut nadi. Seluruh sampel akan melakukan prosedur tes naik turun tanggan menggunakan protokol YMCA step test. Setelah melakukan protokol tes semua sampel akan dihitung denyut nadi pemulihan setelah 3 menit istirahat. Dari hasil penelitian didapat prosentase penurunan denyut nadi pemulihan setelah istirahat 3 menit adalah dengan pengukuran posisi berdiri sebesar 28.9%, posisi duduk 31.7% dan pada posisi tidur 34.4%. kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah posisi tubuh saat pengukuran denyut nadi memiliki kontribusi yang berbeda-beda dimana proses pemulihan dengan tidur terlentang memiliki prosentase tertinggi dalam menurunkan denyut nadi.References
