Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Abstrak (English)

The abstract should be in one paragraph. The font is Palatino Linotype, 11 pt, and justify. Abstract is in 200-250 words, which is followed by 3-5 keywords. Background: Identify the research problem at hand and explain why the problem is important to study. Research Objectives: State the research objectives clearly and in detail. Methods: Provide an outline of the research method(s) and data used in this paper. Explain how did you go about doing this research. Again, avoid unnecessary content and do not make any speculation(s). Results: List the empirical finding(s) and write a discussion in one or two sentences. Conclusion: Present the main conclusions of the research and relate them back to the research objectives.

Insert the text of the introduction in Palatino Linotype font, size 11, justified and single line spacing. The introduction is a presentation of the topic, the most relevant works must be briefly presented and the contributions of other authors to the subject of study must be highlighted, as well as justify the reasons why the research is carried out. In this section, citations must be included (complying with APA 7th edition standards). The section should conclude with a description of the objectives of the research, highlighting the importance and scope of the solution. Use of verb tenses in the present tense. The minimum requirement of amount of references is between 30 references and 70% taken from reputable International journals.

The design of the same is described and it is explained how it was put into practice, justifying the choice of the methods used. This section should contain the type of quantitative research, the scope or depth of the research (exploratory, correlational and/or explanatory), population and sample, and the techniques used should be added. This section is fundamental, because it is the one that will allow the scientific community to reproduce the result. Most of this section should be written in the past tense, in a descriptive style.

This section presents the results of preliminary or partial research, which require rapid dissemination. The analysis of the results obtained that must correspond to the objectives set out in the article is presented. This section can be used by tables and figures to represent data.

Disscusion (Font size: 12, Palatino Linotype, Bold)

Insert the text of the discussion with Palatino Linotype font, size 11, justified and single line spacing. Discussion is the action of interpreting the results. The relationships and extrapolations that could be derived from the results are clearly expressed. The two central elements of the discussion are the following: to indicate what the findings mean and how they relate to what was known until then.

Conclusion (Font size: 12, Palatino Linotype, Bold) 

Insert the text of the conclusion with Palatino Linotype font, size 11, justified and single line spacing. The conclusions are derived from the work carried out. Any conclusion must be based on what is exposed and discussed in the work and must reflect the fulfillment of the objectives. They must indicate how the work contributes to or is an advance in the field and object of study. They must also suggest future uses and work.

Acknowledments (Font size: 12, Palatino Linotype, Bold)

Insert the text of the acknowledgements with Palatino Linotype font, size 11, justified and single line spacing. Acknowledgments to people/institutions who helped conduct research or who funded it.

Conflict Of Interest (Font size: 12, Palatino Linotype, Bold)

Insert the text of the acknowledgements with Palatino Linotype font, size 11, justified and single line spacing. Clearly explain whether there are any conflicts of interest related to the reported research.

References (Font size: 12, Palatino Linotype, Bold)

References in APA style 7th edition Palatino Linotype font, size 11, single line spacing, All references referred to in the article text must be registered in the Bibliography section. Bibliography must contain reference libraries originating from primary sources (scientific journals and totaling at least 80% of the total bibliography) published in the last 10 (ten) years. Minimum number of bibliography sources 20. Writing Bibliography should use a reference management application such as Mendeley, End Note, Zotero, or others. The writing format used in the Engineering journal is in accordance with the APA 7th Edition (American Psychological Association) format. Written in a single space (or at least 12pt), between libraries given a space of 1 space. Some examples of how to write references / references in the Bibliography, are given below.
