About the Journal

Journal of Intelligent Power, Networks and Information Systems (JIPNIS) is an international, peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research and innovation in intelligent electrical power systems, telecommunication and smart networks, and information technology. The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, academics, engineers, and industry professionals to disseminate original research findings, emerging technologies, and innovative engineering solutions.

JIPNIS publishes high-quality original research articles, review articles, and short communications that contribute to theoretical developments, methodological advances, and practical applications across its core research areas. Particular emphasis is placed on the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent computing, and digital technologies to enhance the efficiency, reliability, security, and sustainability of modern engineering systems.

The journal encompasses three interconnected research domains: Intelligent Power Systems, covering smart grids, renewable energy integration, power system analysis, energy management, and power electronics; Telecommunication Systems and Smart Networks, addressing wireless communications, the Internet of Things, intelligent networking, cloud and edge computing, and cybersecurity; and Information Technology, including artificial intelligence, data science, information systems, intelligent computing, and digital transformation.

JIPNIS particularly welcomes interdisciplinary contributions that bridge these domains, foster technological convergence, and address emerging challenges in intelligent infrastructure, sustainable energy, secure connectivity, and digital ecosystems. Publication Frequency

JIPNIS publishes two issues annually, in May and November, with six articles per issue, resulting in twelve articles per year. The journal is committed to maintaining a consistent publication schedule while ensuring the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of published research.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

JIPNIS does not charge authors any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, or publication. All manuscripts are processed without submission fees or article processing charges (APCs). This policy reflects the journal's commitment to supporting equitable opportunities for researchers to disseminate high-quality scientific contributions regardless of financial resources.

Publication Ethics
