Literasi Finansial dan Kesejahteraan Finansial: Moderasi dari Minimalism

Studi ini meneliti peran literasi keuangan dan minimalisme terhadap kesejahteraan finansial. Menggunakan metode survei dengan 135 responden, data dianalisis melalui Smart PLS 3. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan finansial, yang menunjukkan bahwa individu dengan pengetahuan keuangan yang lebih tinggi cenderung mencapai hasil keuangan yang lebih baik. Namun, studi ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa minimalisme tidak memoderasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan kesejahteraan finansial. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa efek moderasi dari minimalisme ini hanya terjadi di antara responden yang belum bekerja, yang menyoroti bahwa status pekerjaan dapat berperan dalam dinamika antara variabel-variabel ini.
