RESTRUKTURISASI KURIKULUM PROGRAM STUDI D3 TEKNIK LISTRIK FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNESA SURABAYA

ABSTRAK
Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia adalah salah satu rujukan nasional untuk meningkatkan mutu dan daya saing bangsa Indonesia di sektor SDM melalui pencapaian kualifikasi sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang dihasilkan oleh sistem pendidikan dan sistem pelatihan kerja nasional, serta sistem penilaian kesetaraan capaian pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan restrukturisasi kurikulum dan menghasilkan kurikulum Program Studi D3 Teknik Listrik Fakultas Teknik Unesa berbasis Standart Nasional Dikti (SN-Dikti) dan Kerangka Kualifikasi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (KKNI). Penelitian dilakukan semester gasal tahun akademik 2018/2019. Langkah restrukturisasi dilakukan melalui 1) perumusan profil lulusan berdasarkan analisis SWOT dan tracer study, 2) perumusan learning outcome (capaian pembelajaran) program studi mengacu pada KKNI dan SN-Dikti, 3) perumusan bidang kajian dan kedalaman mata kuliah, 4) penyusunan struktur kurikulum dan silabus ke dalam dokumen kurikulum, dan 5) hasil penyusunan kurikulum selanjutnya dilakukan FGD guna memperoleh masukan yang lebih banyak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan penyempurnaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SWOT Analisis.

ABSTRACT
Indonesian Qualifications Framework is one of the national references to improving the quality and competitiveness of the Indonesian people in the HR sector through the achievement of the qualifications of Indonesian human resources produced by the education system and national job training system, as well as the equivalence learning achievement system. This study aims to restructure the curriculum and produce the curriculum of the Electrical Engineering D3 Study Program Faculty of Engineering UNESA based on National Higher Education Standards (SN-Dikti) and Indonesian Qualifications Framework (KKNI). The study was conducted on odd semester of 2018/2019 academic year. Restructuring steps are carried out through 1) formulation of graduate profiles based on SWOT analysis and tracer study, 2) formulation of learning outcomes (learning outcomes) study programs referring to KKNI and SN-Dikti, 3) formulation of study fields and depth of courses, 4) preparation the structure of the curriculum and syllabus into curriculum documents, and 5) the results of the curricula compilation were then carried out by FGD in order to obtain more input for use as a refining material. Data analysis techniques use SWOT Analysis.

3. Author Online Use
- Personal Servers.
