Focus and Scope
JVTE focuses on topics related to learning, evaluation, curriculum, management and policy on technology and vocational education including electrical engineering education, mechanical engineering education, building engineering education, automotive engineering education, informatics engineering education, cosmetology education, fashion education, culinary education, cosmetology education, and the development of other vocational education.
Peer Review Process
Articles submitted to the Journal of Vocational and Technical Education (JVTE) will be reviewed by at least one reviewer and one peer reviewer. Decisions made for articles are the result of the Editorial Board's approval based on suggestions proposed by the reviewer (s) and peer-reviewer (s). Plagiarism scanning will be examined with the help of Google Scholar and Anti-Plagiarism Software.
Journal of Vocational and Technical Education (JVTE) is a scientific peer-reviewed journal issued by Faculty of Enginnering, State University of Surabaya. JVTE is published periodically (2 issues per volume/year) with 6 articles each time published (12 articles per year).
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

JVTE Journal by Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Surabaya is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
All submitted articles must be original works from authors who are free of plagiarism from any party that can be checked by Turnitin or iThenticate software. Articles sent have never been published in any media and/or are not currently or will be submitted for publication in any media. The author is fully responsible for the authenticity of the submitted article. Authors with plagiarism articles will be banned from submission to JVTE for 2 years.
All JVTE submitted articles should use Mendeley, EndNote, and Zotero for reference management software with Vancouver Elsevier citation style.
