PENGEMBANGAN ALAT PENILAIAN BERBASIS KOMPETENSI PADA MATA KULIAH DESAIN TATA RIAS

ABSTRAK
Penelitian tentang Pengembangan Alat Penilaian Berbasis Kompetensi pada mata kuliah Desain Tata Rias pada kompetensi Pembuatan Tata Rias Fantasi berdasarkan sumber ide/ tema menggunakan alat penilaian portofolio dilaksanakan dengan tujuan (1) untuk mengetahui kelayakan alat penilaian berbasis portofolio dan (2) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar mahasiswa terhadap model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio pada mata kuliah desain tata rias. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa program studi S1 Pendidikan Tata Rias Jurusan Pendidikan kesejahteraan Keluarga Fakultas Teknik yang memprogram mata kuliah Desain Tata Rias pada semester genap 2015/2016. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan 4-D model, yaitu (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develope, dan (4) Determinate. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi perangkat pembelajaran mata kuliah Desain Tata Rias pada kompetensi Pembuatan Tata Rias Fantasi Berdasarkan Sumber Ide/ Tema dan lembar penilaian portofolio. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Alat penilaian portofolio pada mata kuliah desain Tata Rias Layak untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran Desain Tata Rias kompetensipembuatan desain tata rias fantasi berdasar sumber ide; (2) Hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Desain Tata Rias kompetensipembuatan desain tata rias fantasi berdasar sumber ide yang dinilai melalui portofolio yang telah dibuat oleh mahasiswa menunjukkan hasil yang baik.

ABSTRACT
Research on Development Tool Based Assessment of Competence in the subject of Design Makeup on competence Making Makeup Fantasy based sources of ideas / themes using a portfolio assessment carried out with the purpose of (1) to determine the feasibility of an assessment tool based on the portfolio and (2) to assess learning outcomes students' learning model portfolio based on the design of cosmetology courses. The research was conducted on students of S1 Makeup Education Department of Special Education Faculty of Engineering Family welfare program Makeup Design courses in the second semester 2015/2016. The study design using 4-D models, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develope, and (4) Determinate.The instrument used in this study is a validation sheet learning tools Makeup Design courses on competence Making Based Sources Fantasy Makeup Idea / Theme and portfolio assessment sheet. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that; (1) Tools portfolio assessment in the course design Makeup Deserves to be used in the learning process competence Makeup Design cosmetology design making fantasy-based sources of ideas; (2) The results of student learning in the subject of competencies Makeup Design cosmetology design making fantasy-based sources of ideas are assessed through a portfolio that was created by the students showed good results.
