Fully Functional Person Tokoh Lastri Dalam Novel Lastri Penari Ledek Karya A. Syarif Indrawan (Kajian Psikologi Humanistik Carl Rogers)

Abstract

Fully Functional Person can be interpreted as a human person who has certain characteristics, which can illustrate that humans are psychologically healthy. Fully Functional Person is a person who is not rigid, but can accept himself whole and has the confidence that he can develop into a better person. This study uses Carl Rogers' humanistic psychology theory. Carl Rogers' humanistic psychology theory is used to analyze the fully functional personality of Lastri. This study discusses three issues, namely (1) How are the forms of threat and anxiety experienced by the character Lastri in the novel Lastri Penari Ledek by Asman Syarif Indrawan seen from Carl Rogers' humanistic psychology theory? (2) How does the character Lastri get out of threats and anxiety? (3) How is the form of Lastri's fully functional person seen from the humanistic psychology theory of Carl Rogers sajrone in Lastri's novel Dancer Ledek anggitane Asman Syarif Indrawan? The results of this study are (1) There are incongruences in the form of threats such as slander and being kicked out of the house, anxiety also occurs, such as anxiety of not getting blessing and not being able to have a child. (2) There is an unconditional positive appreciation in the form of support from the character Agus to eliminate incongruence, (3) Lastri's character becomes a Fully Functional person, namely open to experience, existential living, organismic belief, feeling free and creative.

ABSTRAK

Fully Functional Person bisa dimaknai sebagai pribadi manusia yang mempunyai ciri khas tertentu, yang dapat mengambarkan bahwa manusia sehat secara psikologis. Fully Functional Person merupakan pribadi yang tidak bersikap kaku, tetapi bisa menerima diri dengan wutuh dan mempunyai rasa percaya bahwa dirinya dapat berkembang menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik. Peneliin ini menggunakan teori psikologi humanistik Carl Rogers. Teori  psikologi humanistik Carl Rogers digunakan untuk menganalisis pribadi fully functional dari tokoh Lastri. Penelitian ini membahas tiga perkara yaitu (1) Bagaimana bentuk ancaman dan kecemasan yang dialami tokoh Lastri dalam novel Lastri Penari Ledek karya Asman Syarif Indrawan dilihat dari teori psikologi humanistik Carl Rogers?, (2) Bagaimana cara tokoh Lastri untuk keluar dari ancaman dan kecemasaan? (3) Bagaimana bentuk fully functional person tokoh Lastri dilihat dari teori psikologi humanistik Carl Rogers sajrone novel Lastri Penari Ledek anggitane Asman Syarif Indrawan?. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa (1) Adanya inkronguensi berupa ancaman seperti fitnah dan akan diusir dari rumahnya, terjadi juga kecemasan, seperti kecemasan tidak mendapatkan restu dan tidak bisa mempunyai seorang anak. (2)Adanya penghargaan positif tanpa syarat berupa dukungan dari tokoh Agus untuk menghilangkan inkronguensi, (4) Tokoh Lastri menjadi pribadi yang Fully Functional yaitu terbuka untuk mengalami, eksistential living, kepercayaan organismik, rasa bebas dan kreatif.
