DEVELOPING LEARNING MODEL ASSURE BASED COMPETENCE FOR IMPROVE RETENTION AND MATERIAL MASTERY TRAINING PARTICIPANTS

ASSURE instructional design models suitable for use in a micro-scale learning activities such as learning that takes place in the classroom and training programs. Therefore, as a prospective instructor is very important to know the different models of instructional design. This study addresses the issue of how an illustration, the components, and the development of a competency-based learning models ASSURE improve the mastery of the material trainees. The purpose of this study was to describe the model of instructional design ASSURE, to explain the components in the model of instructional design ASSURE, to explain the development of learning models ASSURE competency-based retention of trainees, and to explain the development of learning models ASSURE competency-based increase mastery of the material the trainee. Based on the research objectives that have been formulated, this research can be classified as research and development or Research and Development (R & D) to produce a model of the development of a competency-based learning ASSURE models to improve retention and mastery of the material the trainee. , Based on the data on observations, pretest and posttest can be seen with the model ASSURE study on the development of learning ASSURE Model (prototype 1) and 2 can be produced Model ASSURE development of effective learning.

3. Author Online Use
- Personal Servers. Authors and/or their employers shall have the right to post the accepted version of articles pre-print version of the article, or revised personal version of the final text of the article (to reflect changes made in the peer review and editing process) on their own personal servers or the servers of their institutions or employers without permission from JURNAL TEKPEN, provided that the posted version includes a prominently displayed JURNAL TEKPEN copyright notice and, when published, a full citation to the original publication, including a link to the article abstract in the journal homepage. Authors shall not post the final, published versions of their papers;
- Classroom or Internal Training Use. 4. Articles in Press (AiP) service

5. Author/Employer Rights
If you are employed and prepared the article on a subject within the scope of your employment, the copyright in the article belongs to your employer as a work-for-hire. In that case, JURNAL TEKPEN assumes that when you sign this Form, you are authorized to do so by your employer and that your employer has consented to the transfer of copyright, to the representation and warranty of publication rights, and to all other terms and conditions of this Form. If such authorization and consent has not been given to you, an authorized representative of your employer should sign this Form as the Author.
