Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an easy access to learning resources for students in the islamic boarding school (pesantren) for Islamic Cultural History subject in inquiry method approach method which students are trained to learn independently in finding sources of learning. The research instrument was field observations on access to learners (students) towards the source Islamic Cultural History subject especially in Darussalam Gontor modern islamic boarding school. The results showed that the development of learning resources e- learning can be a formed of internet access to important sites of Islamic history, manuscripts and historical places that should be seen immediately or at least visited in musseum. The best way to learn is by direct experience but if it can not be done, instructional videos will explain in detail the learning resources of Islamic Cultural History and and it will motivate students be able to find the resources, purpose, and meaning of learning.
