THE APPLICATION OF MAPPING READING MATERIAL STRUCTURE STRATEGY TO INCREASE SKILL OF READING COMPREHENSION FOR THIRD GRADE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL’S STUDENT

Abstract

Study ofreading a comprehensionin elementary schoolis not just usefull for student toanswer a lateral reading material question, moreoverreading a comprehension is also has a benefit to get an inferential comprehension. But, at the fact, student in the thi rd grade of elementary schoolstill feel difficult to understand a reading material,especially for main ideas n explain statement, looking for a relaitionship of ideasand retellingwith their sentences.One of the cause of this failed is unmatch teacher’s strategy. Estimating one strategy to handle this difficulty, this strategy called mapping reading material structure. This mapping reading material structure strategy is reading srategyto help student findinga relaitionship of ideasand retelling reading materials with their sentences well.
