Abstract

Progress in the field of information and communication technology underlying a step forward in the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2009 to come up with innovative ideas do the education and training of new training paradigm based e-learning is known as the Distance Education and Training. aims to improve the training cycle of 7 years to 4 or 3 years. Training Remote is designed as a non-classical training activities that emphasize independent learning are organized systematically and is not limited by the distance of space and time by using modules, media learning technology and other relevant media. In the implementation, there are still some that need to be addressed labor organizers, tutors, training participants, facilities and infrastructure, and the level of effectiveness.
