Abstract

Education and training of principals / madrasah is a theoretical learning experience giving activity or practice that aims to develop the knowledge, attitudes and skills on the dimensions of personal competence, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervision, and social. To achieve these objectives education and training of principals / madrasah implemented in the activities of face-to-face, known as In service learning 1 (In-1) followed by practical field experience or better known as on-the-job learning (OJL) and the third phase is terminated with an assessment to determine the achievement of competence in service learing to 2 (in -2). Training pattern as described above I known as a model of education and training In-On-In. Based on experience and observation and assessment ynag by the author as long as a master trainer (MT) preparation of prospective principals through the model In-On-In can be concluded that: (1) the effectiveness of educational planning and training models of In-On-In in fulfilling the competence of the candidate's head nice school. In addition, the effectiveness of the implementation process of the education and training models of In-On-In in the fulfillment of the principal competence of the candidate is very nice. Results of training (attitudes, knowledge and skills) education and training models of In-On-In in fulfilling the competence of the candidate highly effective principals.
