Formal education must adapt to the needs of the job market and integrate problem-solving skills with local wisdom. This is essential for producing high-quality human resources that remain grounded in the values of Pancasila, particularly in supporting the vision of the Merdeka Curriculum. Problem-solving is one of the key skills required to navigate the complexities of the modern workplace and community life. Concepts of local wisdom, such as consensus-building (musyawarah mufakat), rooted in the fourth principle of Pancasila, form the foundation for the development of the Talking Together Learning Model. This model combines a constructivist paradigm with local values to shape students’ character, fostering a commitment to consensus-building, while enhancing analytical and problem-solving skills. The rise of social media has created a new social order that is beginning to move away from direct social interaction and sustained discussion. The decline in creativity in finding solutions to problems is a key focus of this community service project. Consequently, this Community Service (PKM) activity was designed with the aim of providing training to teachers at the one of elementary school in Gresik to enhance their creativity in finding solutions through the Talking Together Learning Model, thereby improving the effectiveness of learning and contributing to the development of high-quality human resources within the elementary education sector.
