Kandangan Village in Senduro District, Lumajang Regency, has strong Robusta coffee potential; however, product value added and village-owned enterprise governance remain limited. This community service program aimed to revitalize BUMDes Panca Karya Mandiri through coffee downstreaming and institutional management strengthening. The method applied a community-based participatory approach consisting of socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, evaluation, and sustainability planning. The program produced a downstreaming design for Robusta coffee into drip bag coffee and strengthened BUMDes workflow and organizational structure. The results indicate that the integration of product innovation and business governance is a relevant strategy to improve rural economic capacity based on local potential. Program sustainability should be strengthened through continuous mentoring and product certification.
