This program has a collaboration with PKBM Nurul Huda to provide free learning opportunities to RT and RW heads through the role of equality education. This research was conducted in Suco Village and PKBM Nurul Huda. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity tests include credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests and objectivity tests. Data analysis consists of three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study stated that the Productive Suco Village program in improving the quality of HR (Human Resources) in Suco Village, Jember Regency was running quite well and was said to be successful because it saw the results of the development of learning residents as indicated by changes in knowledge and skills from before and after participating in this program.</p> 2023-11-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Shinta Ayu Lestari, AT. Workaholic is a term for working or workaholic parents. Because their busy lives result in parents lacking time to nurture, educate and guide children so that parents entrust children. This study aims to describe the impact of workaholic parenting on early childhood social-emotional development in Daycare Yasmin Laboratory School. The research method uses qualitative descriptively. The results showed that two parenting styles that occurred in the Daycare Yasmin Laboratory School were democratic parenting and authoritarian parenting. The impact of democratic parenting on social-emotional development is that children easily get along with their friends, have high self-confidence, have high curiosity, are able to work well together, are quick to respond, and have a polite attitude. The research was conducted in June - October 2022. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects consisted of key informants, namely the Community Empowerment Sub-Coordinate Disaster Analyst and the Head of the Cawang Village Government Section and three participants as supporting informants. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis, including reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that the main objective of the training is to form a community synergy that is resilient to disasters through understanding, applying, and disseminating the knowledge. The purpose of this research is to know the process of online learning, the activeness of learning citizens, and the relationship of online learning to the activities of learning citizens. The number of respondents in this study were 120 students. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that: (a) the online learning process of the package C equivalence education program at the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) was in the very good category.
