This is important because the main goal of the Vocational High School is to create graduates who are ready to work according to industry needs. This research was conducted using the Miles and Hubberman Model qualitative research, where this research was conducted at one of the well-known logistics and supply chain companies in Indonesia, namely J&T. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation, and interview techniques conducted by researchers directly to the objects studied at the J&T company. The results of this study indicate that in general the independent curriculum in phase F for the Office and Business Service Management Expertise Program on logistics and supply chain management is not fully following industry needs, a study on J&T companies. However, there are several job specifications and organizational structures that need to be understood by prospective graduates so that the skills learned at school can fully match the needs of the industry. In addition, teachers and students must learn the special characteristics possessed by logistics and supply chain companies in Indonesia so that specializing in concentration can help students prepare their skills to be fully absorbed by the workforce.
2023-04-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Jurnal Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (JPAP) https://journal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/jpap/article/view/25576 The Effect of Self-Efficacy, Socioeconomic Parents, and Job Expectations on Interest in Continuing Masters Studies 2023-10-19T18:18:06+07:00 Witri Krisdayanti witri.19009@mhs.unesa.ac.id Brillian Rosy brillianrosy@unesa.ac.id
The study aimed to see the effect of self-efficacy, socioeconomic parents, and job expectations on the interest in continuing master's studies in Office Administration Education students at Surabaya State University. The study used a quantitative method of associative approach. Research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form. The research subjects were 55 undergraduate student populations of Office Administration Education Study Program at Surabaya State University Class of 2019. Using the total sampling form, all members of the population were determined as research samples. Instrument construction testing uses validity and reliability tests, while data analysis uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing assisted by IBM SPSS 23. The research findings show that partially there is a positive and simultaneously significant effect of the variables of self-efficacy, socioeconomic parents, and job expectations on the interest in continuing master's studies in Surabaya State University Office Administration Education students.
2023-08-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (JPAP) https://journal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/jpap/article/view/25482 UTAUT Model Analysis on E-Wallet Usage of Vocational School Students 2023-10-19T19:45:36+07:00 Nuraini Dzakiyyah nur.19017@mhs.unesa.ac.id Jaka Nugraha jaka.nugraha@unesa.ac.id
The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance and usage of E-Wallet Dana among vocational students. The research was conducted on 140 students from the 11th and 12th grades of SMKN 1 Lamongan, majoring in Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) and Office Automation and Management (OTKP) programs. The data analysis technique used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling-Generalized Structured Component Analysis (SEM-GSCA) using the GSCA Pro application. The results of this study indicate that Performance Expectancy and Social Influence have a significant positive impact on Behavioral Intention in the acceptance and usage of E-Wallet Dana. However, Effort Expectancy and Facilitating Condition has a non-significant negative impact on Behavioral Intention in the acceptance and usage of E-Wallet Dana. Additionally, Behavioral Intention also has a non-significant negative impact on Use Behavior in the acceptance and usage of E-Wallet Dana. This study provides insights for E-Wallet developers to provide systems that meet the criteria of Performance Expectancy and Social Influence, as these factors significantly influence students' acceptance and usage of the E-Wallet application.
2023-08-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Jurnal Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (JPAP) https://journal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/jpap/article/view/25273 The Influence of Learning Readiness and Learning Motivation on Student Achievement in MPLB Basics Subject 2023-07-07T10:23:15+07:00 Rizka Septiawati rizkaseptiawati5@gmail.com Novi Trisnawati novitrisnawati@unesa.ac.id
This study aimed to determine how learning readiness and motivation influence student achievement in Class X MPLB (Office Management and Business Services) VHS PGRI 2 Sidoarjo. Readiness to learn can be said to be substantial because the findings of the data analysis show an acceptable value of 0.000 (H1), learning motivation has a considerable influence on learning achievement, as evidenced by the results of data analysis which show a value of 0.000 for learning motivation so that (H2) is accepted, learning readiness and learning motivation simultaneously affect learning achievement so that (H3) is accepted, this is indicated by an R-Square value of 0.795 which indicates that learning readiness and learning motivation influence 79.5% of learning achievement.
2023-08-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (JPAP) https://journal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/jpap/article/view/25249 The Development of Augmented Reality (AR) Based Learning Modules in Office Technology and Correspondence Subjects 2023-07-04T08:13:25+07:00 Indah Kurnia Ramadhani indah.19006@mhs.unesa.ac.id Brillian Rosy brillianrosy@unesa.ac.id
This study aims to describe the development of learning modules based on Augmented Reality (AR), determine the feasibility of modules for office technology and correspondence subjects, and determine student responses to the development of learning modules. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) type of research with a 4-D development model from Thiagarajan which consists of 4 stages of development namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The advantages of learning modules have been adapted to an Merdeka curriculum based on Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire. Research on the development of this learning module uses two data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the development of Augmented Reality (AR) based office and correspondence technology learning modules are in accordance with the Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP) and BNSP criteria. The results of the validation of learning modules from material experts, linguists, and graphics experts amounted to 95% with the proper category. The results of the trial were limited to 20 students obtaining a percentage of 85.9% in the very good category. Based on this explanation, the learning module for class X MPLB office technology and correspondence subjects that has been developed is feasible and very good for use in learning activities.
2023-08-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Jurnal Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (JPAP)
