PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI DALAM PENGELOLAAN PENDIDIKAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN MAARIF NU
Abstract
Digital transformation has brought significant changes to the world of education. However, the implementation of technology in educational institutions still faces challenges such as limited infrastructure, low teacher digital skills, and resistance to change. This article aims to describe the results of the Community Service (PKM) program from Surabaya State University (UNESA) at the Maarif NU Randegansari Educational Institution in Gresik, which focused on improving teacher capacity in utilizing learning technology. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) through the stages of diagnosis, mapping, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed significant improvements in digital literacy, digital media development skills, and educator confidence in integrating technology into learning. Evaluations of participants noted that more than 80% stated that the training was highly relevant to their needs, and more than 70% experienced significant increases in knowledge and skills. This program not only impacted teacher competency but also strengthened collaboration between universities and community educational institutions.
